Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. In the last 2 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli florets. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the cooked pasta and broccoli to the skillet. Toss to combine, and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve warm, topped with Parmesan cheese if desired.
Notes
Add red pepper flakes for extra flavor. Fresh herbs like basil or parsley can elevate the dish.
