- 2 lbs chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning evenly over the chicken.
- Layer the cream cheese on top of the seasoned chicken.
- Cover and set your crock pot to cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and mix everything together in the pot.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and green onions.
- Serve on soft buns, in a wrap, or over a bed of rice.
Notes
For a lighter version, use low-fat cream cheese. This dish can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days or frozen for longer storage.
