Description

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 1 wheel of brie cheese
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Place the brie cheese in the center of the pastry.
  4. Top with cranberry sauce and chopped pecans.
  5. Fold the pastry over the cheese to enclose it completely, sealing the edges.
  6. Brush the pastry with beaten egg for a golden color.
  7. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
