Description

A crowd-pleasing burrito filled with seasoned beef, crispy tater tots, and gooey cheese, perfect for weeknight dinners or family gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups cooked seasoned beef
  • 2 cups crispy tater tots
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix your cooked beef with taco seasoning to infuse the meat with flavor.
  3. Lay out each tortilla flat and spread a layer of refried beans.
  4. Top the beans with a layer of seasoned beef, crispy tater tots, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Roll each burrito tightly and place them seam-side down in a baking dish.
  6. If there’s cheese left, sprinkle it on top of the burritos for extra melty goodness.
  7. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Serve warm, topped with sour cream and chopped green onions.

Notes

For best results, ensure tater tots are crispy before adding. You can customize by using different proteins or adding veggies.
