Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked pasta (any shape)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, frozen mixed vegetables, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix everything together until well blended.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
- If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For best results, use freshly shredded cheese. You can also add proteins like cooked ground beef or shredded chicken for extra flavor.
