  • 2 light Laughing Cow cheddar cheese wedges
  • Everything bagel seasoning, to taste
  • 1/2 tsp chili crunch
  • Oil, drained
  • Optional: green onions or fresh herbs like parsley or cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Slice the mini peppers in half lengthwise and remove any seeds. Arrange them on a serving platter or sheet pan.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the fat-free feta cheese and light Laughing Cow cheddar cheese wedges.
  3. Microwave the cheese mixture for about 30 seconds to soften it.
  4. Stir in the everything bagel seasoning and chili crunch until well combined.
  5. Using a spoon, fill each pepper half with the cheese mixture.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy the burst of flavors, garnished with green onions or fresh herbs if desired.
