  • 1 cup nonfat milk
  • 1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows
  • 3 cups vanilla wafers (crushed)
  • 3 medium bananas (sliced)
  • Optional: mini Nilla wafers for garnish, fresh strawberries for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and cold milk until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the Cool Whip to preserve the fluffy texture.
  3. Carefully add the mini marshmallows and sliced bananas, mixing until evenly distributed.
  4. In a serving dish, alternate layers of the banana pudding mixture and crushed vanilla wafers.
  5. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  6. Garnish the top with extra mini Nilla wafers or marshmallows before serving.
