- 1 cup nonfat milk
- 1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip
- 3 cups mini marshmallows
- 3 cups vanilla wafers (crushed)
- 3 medium bananas (sliced)
- Optional: mini Nilla wafers for garnish, fresh strawberries for topping
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and cold milk until smooth.
- Gently fold in the Cool Whip to preserve the fluffy texture.
- Carefully add the mini marshmallows and sliced bananas, mixing until evenly distributed.
- In a serving dish, alternate layers of the banana pudding mixture and crushed vanilla wafers.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Garnish the top with extra mini Nilla wafers or marshmallows before serving.
