Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened salted butter and brown sugar. Mix until creamy and smooth.
- Add the flour to the mixture and stir until you no longer see dry pockets of flour, creating a soft dough.
- Shape the dough into balls about 2 inches in diameter, placing them on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring at least 2 inches of space between each.
- Gently press the tops of the cookies down with your hand to flatten slightly.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to firm up.
