- 8 oz flat rice noodles
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili paste
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Cook rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add red bell pepper, carrot, broccoli, and snow peas; stir-fry for about 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili paste, and sugar.
- Add the cooked noodles and sauce mixture to the skillet; toss everything together until well combined.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
Notes
Serve with fresh lime wedges and consider drizzling extra chili paste for added spice.
