Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Mix the filling: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream until smooth and well-blended. Spread this creamy mixture evenly into your prepared baking dish.
- Prepare the topping: In another bowl, mix the crushed crackers with melted butter until each piece is well coated. Sprinkle this buttery cracker mixture evenly over the chicken layer.
- Bake it: Place the casserole in the oven and bake for about 30–35 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
