- 1 sheet Puff Pastry (thawed)
- 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
- 1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese (or Monterey Jack)
- 1/2 cup Sliced Jalapenos (fresh or pickled)
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 large Egg (for egg wash)
- Dipping Sauces (like ranch, sriracha mayo, or honey mustard)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the thawed puff pastry until it’s smooth.
- In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, sliced jalapenos, and garlic powder. Mix well until fully blended.
- Cut the puff pastry into rectangles. Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture on one side of each rectangle.
- Fold the pastry over the filling and twist the ends to seal it.
- Arrange the twists on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
