Description

Deliciously simple Date Snickers made with Medjool dates, creamy peanut butter, rich dark chocolate, and topped with chopped peanuts.


Ingredients

  • Medjool dates (pitted)
  • Natural peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
  • Dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
  • Chopped peanuts (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Slice open the Medjool dates and remove the pits.
  2. Fill each date with a generous dollop of peanut butter.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or over a double boiler until smooth.
  4. Dip each stuffed date into the melted chocolate to coat.
  5. Place on a parchment-lined tray.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts while the chocolate is warm.
  7. Refrigerate until chocolate sets, then enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Can be frozen; separate layers with parchment paper.
