- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Cooking spray or oil, for air frying
Instructions
- Mix shredded chicken and mozzarella cheese in a bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Take a tortilla and place a portion of the cheesy chicken mixture in the center, then roll it up tightly.
- Dip each wrap into the beaten eggs, ensuring it is fully coated, and then roll in breadcrumbs.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the wraps in the basket, taking care not to overcrowd them.
- Spritz the tops of each wrap with cooking spray.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crunchy.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
