Description

Crispy chicken and gooey mozzarella wrapped in tortillas, perfect for quick weeknight meals or game nights.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil, for air frying

Instructions

  1. Mix shredded chicken and mozzarella cheese in a bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  2. Take a tortilla and place a portion of the cheesy chicken mixture in the center, then roll it up tightly.
  3. Dip each wrap into the beaten eggs, ensuring it is fully coated, and then roll in breadcrumbs.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  6. Place the wraps in the basket, taking care not to overcrowd them.
  7. Spritz the tops of each wrap with cooking spray.
  8. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crunchy.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
