- 4 large tortilla wraps
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (like bell peppers and onions)

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Cooking spray or olive oil for air frying
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Place a tortilla wrap on a flat surface, add a portion of the chicken mixture to the center, roll tightly, and secure the filling inside.
- Repeat the process for all wraps.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or brush with olive oil.
- Arrange the wraps in the basket, seam-side down, ensuring they aren’t overcrowded.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Once cooked, let them cool slightly, slice in half, and serve hot.
