  • 4 large tortilla wraps
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (like bell peppers and onions)

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Cooking spray or olive oil for air frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Place a tortilla wrap on a flat surface, add a portion of the chicken mixture to the center, roll tightly, and secure the filling inside.
  4. Repeat the process for all wraps.
  5. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or brush with olive oil.
  6. Arrange the wraps in the basket, seam-side down, ensuring they aren’t overcrowded.
  7. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Once cooked, let them cool slightly, slice in half, and serve hot.
