Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko recommended)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Optional: Lettuce, tomatoes, or any desired toppings for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken and mozzarella cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Take a tortilla. Place a portion of the chicken and cheese mixture in the center and roll it tightly to form a wrap.
  4. Dip each wrap in the beaten egg, ensuring they’re well coated, then roll them in the breadcrumbs.
  5. Arrange the wraps in the air fryer basket and drizzle them lightly with olive oil.
