- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko recommended)
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Optional: Lettuce, tomatoes, or any desired toppings for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken and mozzarella cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Take a tortilla. Place a portion of the chicken and cheese mixture in the center and roll it tightly to form a wrap.
- Dip each wrap in the beaten egg, ensuring they’re well coated, then roll them in the breadcrumbs.
- Arrange the wraps in the air fryer basket and drizzle them lightly with olive oil.
- Air fry for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
Notes
For extra crunch, use panko breadcrumbs. Customize with your choice of fillings and toppings.
