  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon or sausage patties
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) if you plan to bake or reheat your sandwiches.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and scramble until fully cooked.
  4. Slice the croissants in half and lightly toast them if desired.
