Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) low sodium cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Chop the broccoli into bite-sized florets.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken into the crockpot and layer the broccoli on top.
  4. Pour the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth over the ingredients.
  5. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
  6. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
