- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) low sodium cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
Instructions
- Chop the broccoli into bite-sized florets.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place the seasoned chicken into the crockpot and layer the broccoli on top.
- Pour the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth over the ingredients.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
- About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
