Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in your slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix together the sun-dried tomatoes, heavy cream, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken evenly.
- Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
- Once cooked, serve the chicken with pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes, and garnish with fresh basil.
Notes
You can substitute chicken breasts with boneless, skinless chicken thighs and use half-and-half for a lighter version.
