Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 package Italian dressing mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz angel hair pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the Crock Pot.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, Italian dressing mix, and cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken to coat.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours until tender.
  5. About 30 minutes before serving, cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  6. Serve the chicken over the pasta and garnish with parsley if desired.
