- 1 package Wonton wrappers

- 2 stalks Green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tsp Ginger, grated
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Oil, for frying
- Chili flakes, to taste
- Cheese (cream cheese or cheddar), to taste
- Fresh herbs (cilantro or parsley), to taste
- Chopped vegetables (bell peppers or carrots), to taste
Instructions
- Prep the Shrimp: Rinse the shrimp and pat them dry. Chop them into smaller pieces or keep them whole.
- Mix the Filling: In a bowl, combine shrimp, garlic, green onions, ginger, salt, pepper, and any optional ingredients. Mix well.
- Wrap the Wontons: Lay a wonton wrapper flat. Place a spoonful of filling in the center, brush edges with beaten egg, and fold to seal.
- Heat the Oil: In a pan, heat enough oil over medium-high heat.
- Fry Until Golden: Add wontons in batches and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side. Drain on paper towels.
