- 1 lb ground beef (or turkey/meat alternative)
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 24 wonton wrappers
- Cooking spray
- Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning and follow package instructions.
- Grease a muffin pan generously with cooking spray.
- Press a wonton wrapper into each muffin cup to form a shape.
- Fill each wrapper with seasoned beef and top with cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are crispy and cheese is bubbling.
- Remove from oven and cool slightly before adding optional toppings.
Notes
Serve with a taco bar for customizable toppings. Leftovers keep for up to three days in an airtight container. Can be frozen for up to a month.
