Description

Crispy Taco Cups are a fun, bite-sized twist on classic tacos, perfect for busy weeknights or entertaining guests.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (or turkey/meat alternative)
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • Cooking spray
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning and follow package instructions.
  4. Grease a muffin pan generously with cooking spray.
  5. Press a wonton wrapper into each muffin cup to form a shape.
  6. Fill each wrapper with seasoned beef and top with cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are crispy and cheese is bubbling.
  8. Remove from oven and cool slightly before adding optional toppings.

Notes

Serve with a taco bar for customizable toppings. Leftovers keep for up to three days in an airtight container. Can be frozen for up to a month.
