- 1 cup dill pickle juice
- 1 cup crushed crackers (or breadcrumbs)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Soak the chicken breasts in dill pickle juice for at least 30 minutes to absorb flavor.
- In a bowl, combine the crushed crackers (or breadcrumbs) with grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Remove the chicken from the pickle juice, allowing the excess liquid to drip off.
- Coat the chicken in the cracker mixture, ensuring each piece is completely covered.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the chicken breasts for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake in your preheated oven for an additional 15-20 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
