Ingredients
Scale
- 1 package of pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup of marinara sauce (add extra for dipping)
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese (or any cheese of your choice)
- 1 cup of pepperoni slices (or any other favorite toppings)
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil (for brushing)
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into small squares, around 3 inches by 3 inches.
- Place a small spoonful of marinara sauce, a handful of mozzarella cheese, and several pepperoni slices in the center of each square.
- Fold the corners of the dough over the filling to create a roll, pinching the seams to seal them tightly.
- Brush each roll with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they aren’t overcrowded.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve with extra marinara sauce for dipping and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days, or freeze them for longer storage. Reheat in the air fryer for best results.
