Description
Delightful bite-sized churros made in an air fryer, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the water, butter, and salt. Bring this mixture to a boil over medium heat.
- Stir in the flour until it forms a ball of dough. Remove it from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Beat in the eggs, one at a time, until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Using a piping bag or a spoon, portion bite-sized dollops of dough into the basket.
- Fry the churro bites for about 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
- In a separate bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon.
- Once cooked, toss the churro bites in the cinnamon-sugar mixture right before serving.
Notes
These churro bites pair well with chocolate sauce or vanilla ice cream. Store in an airtight container for up to a week or freeze for later.
