- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray
- Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts generously with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spray the air fryer basket lightly with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Place the seasoned chicken in the basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and fully cooked.
- Allow the chicken to cool slightly, then slice into strips.
- Take one tortilla and lay it flat. Add a portion of the sliced chicken and sprinkle generously with shredded mozzarella.
- Roll the tortilla tightly to encase the chicken and cheese. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Place the wraps back in the air fryer for an additional 5 minutes to achieve that perfect crispiness.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

For a healthier option, use whole wheat tortillas or experiment with different cheeses and veggies.
