Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray
  • Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts generously with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spray the air fryer basket lightly with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken in the basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and fully cooked.
  5. Allow the chicken to cool slightly, then slice into strips.
  6. Take one tortilla and lay it flat. Add a portion of the sliced chicken and sprinkle generously with shredded mozzarella.
  7. Roll the tortilla tightly to encase the chicken and cheese. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  8. Place the wraps back in the air fryer for an additional 5 minutes to achieve that perfect crispiness.
  9. Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
