Transform pillowy gnocchi into crispy morsels with this easy air fryer recipe that’s perfect for weeknight dinners or brunch.

- 1 lb gnocchi (shelf-stable, refrigerated, or frozen)
- 1 – 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 – 3 tbsp freshly grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 390°F and lightly grease the basket with olive oil spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the gnocchi with the extra-virgin olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the seasoned gnocchi to the preheated air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry shelf-stable or refrigerated gnocchi for 11 – 14 minutes, shaking the basket every 4 to 5 minutes.
- For frozen gnocchi, cook them for 13 – 16 minutes, also shaking the basket every few minutes.
- The gnocchi is ready when it’s golden and crispy; enjoy immediately!
Notes
Consider sprinkling additional grated parmesan or chopped parsley for serving. These gnocchi also pair well with marinara or pesto.
