Description

Transform pillowy gnocchi into crispy morsels with this easy air fryer recipe that’s perfect for weeknight dinners or brunch.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb gnocchi (shelf-stable, refrigerated, or frozen)
  • 12 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 23 tbsp freshly grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 390°F and lightly grease the basket with olive oil spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the gnocchi with the extra-virgin olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the seasoned gnocchi to the preheated air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Air fry shelf-stable or refrigerated gnocchi for 11 – 14 minutes, shaking the basket every 4 to 5 minutes.
  5. For frozen gnocchi, cook them for 13 – 16 minutes, also shaking the basket every few minutes.
  6. The gnocchi is ready when it’s golden and crispy; enjoy immediately!

Notes

Consider sprinkling additional grated parmesan or chopped parsley for serving. These gnocchi also pair well with marinara or pesto.
