Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Black olives for decoration
- Sliced cheese for ears
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a mouse shape on a baking sheet.
- Place black olives on the meatloaf for eyes and sliced cheese for ears.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-50 minutes until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
