Description

A fun and spooky meatloaf shaped like a little mouse, perfect for Halloween and guaranteed to delight the whole family!


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Black olives for decoration
  • Sliced cheese for ears

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a mouse shape on a baking sheet.
  4. Place black olives on the meatloaf for eyes and sliced cheese for ears.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-50 minutes until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
