- 1 package fresh or frozen cheese-filled ravioli
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Toss in halved cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to soften. Stir in fresh spinach and allow it to wilt.
- Pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, adjusting the consistency with salt and pepper.
- Cook the ravioli according to package directions, drain, and add to the skillet. Toss until well-coated.
- Finish with fresh basil on top before serving.
Notes
For a lighter sauce, substitute half the heavy cream with vegetable broth. Mix in different cheeses for variation.
