- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
- Cook Pasta: Start by boiling a pot of salted water. Add the macaroni and cook it according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Brown Beef: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess grease if needed.
- Season: Sprinkle the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the meat, stirring until well combined.
- Mix in Tomatoes: Pour in the can of Rotel tomatoes, stirring to combine. Cook for a few minutes until heated through.
- Add Cream Cheese: Cut the cream cheese into chunks and stir it into the beef mixture until melted and creamy.
- Broth and Pasta: Add the beef broth and cooked macaroni to the skillet, mix well, and let it cook for another few minutes.
- Finish with Cheese: Finally, sprinkle the shredded cheese on top, allow it to melt, and give everything a good stir.
