Description

A comforting and easy-to-make meal featuring tender chicken breasts in a rich, creamy ranch sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Pan-sear the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through and golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, lower the heat and add the heavy cream and ranch seasoning mix. Stir well to combine and let simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
  3. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the creamy ranch sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
  4. Serve the Creamy Ranch Chicken hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

Tip: Add fresh vegetables or serve with rice or pasta for a complete meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the refrigerator.
