- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Pan-sear the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through and golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, lower the heat and add the heavy cream and ranch seasoning mix. Stir well to combine and let simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the creamy ranch sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
- Serve the Creamy Ranch Chicken hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
