Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, heavy cream, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. If desired, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Make sure to use fresh or properly thawed and drained frozen vegetables. Rotisserie chicken can be used to save time.
