- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, heavy cream, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- If desired, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Make sure to use fresh or properly thawed and drained frozen vegetables. Rotisserie chicken can be used to save time.
