- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Mix in the shredded chicken, cauliflower florets, and broccoli florets until everything is well-coated.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Drizzle olive oil on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the veggies are tender and the cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
