Description

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot. Add the rigatoni and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the Italian sausage, breaking it up as it cooks.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring well. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, stirring until the cheese melts.
  5. Toss the drained rigatoni in the skillet with the sauce until well-coated.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.

Notes
