  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil a pot of salted water. Add the rigatoni and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add the Italian sausage, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Lower the heat and stir in Parmesan until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  5. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Toss the cooked rigatoni into the skillet, ensuring it is well-coated with the sauce.
