  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions, then set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the fresh spinach to the pan and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
