Instructions
- Boil the gnocchi according to package instructions. Once done, drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat a splash of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Toss in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream, bring to a gentle simmer, and stir in the crumbled feta cheese until melted and combined.
- Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet, tossing gently to coat them in the creamy sauce.
