- 8 ounces whole wheat pasta
- 1 pound lean chicken breast, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Boil water in a large pot, add the whole wheat pasta, and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté the Chicken: In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Add Garlic: Once chicken is cooked, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Make the Sauce: Reduce heat to low, stir in Greek yogurt and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
- Combine Everything: Add drained pasta to the sauce and toss well, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
