- 2 packs of ramen noodles (any flavor, skip seasoning packet)
- 4 cups chicken broth (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups fresh vegetables (spinach, bell peppers, or carrots)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and thoroughly cooked (about 5-7 minutes).
- Once the chicken is cooked, add the minced garlic and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring everything to a simmer.
- Add the ramen noodles and cook according to the package instructions, usually taking about 3-4 minutes.
- After the noodles are tender, stir in the heavy cream and soy sauce, then toss in the fresh vegetables. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the veggies are vibrant and tender.
- Serve the ramen in bowls and garnish generously with green onions.
