Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 3 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup cooked pasta (optional)
  • Breadcrumbs (for topping, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, spinach, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, cream, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
  3. If using, stir in the cooked pasta.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
  5. If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
