- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 3 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup cooked pasta (optional)
- Breadcrumbs (for topping, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, spinach, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, cream, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
- If using, stir in the cooked pasta.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
- If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
This casserole can be made ahead and reheats well. For variations, consider adding different vegetables or cheeses.
