  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with non-stick spray.
  3. Unroll one can of crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the dish, sealing any seams.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, continuing to mix until everything is well incorporated.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crescent roll layer, spreading it evenly.
  7. Unroll the second can of dough and lay it over the top of the cheesecake filling.
