- 8 oz jumbo pasta shells
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to the package instructions. Once al dente, drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes.
- Stir in the tomato sauce and cream cheese. Mix until everything is well incorporated and creamy.
- Add the drained pasta shells to the skillet. Toss gently until the shells are fully coated with the sauce.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan over the top of the mixture. Cover the skillet and let it cook for a few minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Before serving, sprinkle fresh parsley on top for a pop of color and freshness.
Notes
Consider using a blend of favorite cheeses for added flavor and nutrition. Feel free to add cooked spinach or diced bell peppers for extra veggies.
