Description

  • 8 oz jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to the package instructions. Once al dente, drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Stir in the tomato sauce and cream cheese. Mix until everything is well incorporated and creamy.
  4. Add the drained pasta shells to the skillet. Toss gently until the shells are fully coated with the sauce.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan over the top of the mixture. Cover the skillet and let it cook for a few minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Before serving, sprinkle fresh parsley on top for a pop of color and freshness.

Notes

Consider using a blend of favorite cheeses for added flavor and nutrition. Feel free to add cooked spinach or diced bell peppers for extra veggies.
