Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mash the ripe bananas in a medium bowl until smooth.
  2. Add the coconut milk, maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract, and salt to the mashed bananas and stir until well combined.
  3. Stir in the chia seeds until evenly distributed.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Once set, stir the pudding before serving.
  6. Serve chilled, topped with banana slices or your favorite toppings.
