Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped bacon, and chopped chives. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Slice the bagels in half and spread a generous amount of the creamy mixture evenly over each cut side.
- Place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
