- 1 pound of sausage
- 8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups of cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup of biscuit mix
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- Optional: Chopped jalapeños for an extra kick
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the sausage and softened cream cheese until well blended.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and biscuit mix.
- Add the garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Combine until a dough forms.
- If desired, fold in the chopped jalapeños.
- Scoop the mixture and roll it into balls about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until they are golden brown.
