Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups of cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup of biscuit mix
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • Optional: Chopped jalapeños for an extra kick

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the sausage and softened cream cheese until well blended.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and biscuit mix.
  4. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Combine until a dough forms.
  5. If desired, fold in the chopped jalapeños.
  6. Scoop the mixture and roll it into balls about 1 inch in diameter.
  7. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until they are golden brown.
