- 1 orange, peeled and sectioned
- 1/2 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional for crunch)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional for warmth)
Instructions
- Rinse the cranberries and place them in a food processor.
- Add the orange sections and sugar.
- Pulse until the mixture is coarsely chopped.
- If desired, stir in chopped nuts and cinnamon.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and let sit for at least 30 minutes for flavors to meld before serving.
Notes
Great to serve alongside turkey, chicken, or as a spread on toast. Store in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
