  • 1 can crescent roll dough (8-count)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • Optional: chopped pecans or orange zest for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Grease or line a mini muffin tin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and cut each triangle in half to create smaller pieces.
  4. Press each piece of dough into the muffin cups to form little cups.
  5. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese filling into each cup, followed by 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce on top.
  6. If desired, sprinkle with chopped pecans or a zest of orange.
  7. Bake for 11-13 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
