- 1 can crescent roll dough (8-count)
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- Optional: chopped pecans or orange zest for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F. Grease or line a mini muffin tin.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Unroll the crescent dough and cut each triangle in half to create smaller pieces.
- Press each piece of dough into the muffin cups to form little cups.
- Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese filling into each cup, followed by 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce on top.
- If desired, sprinkle with chopped pecans or a zest of orange.
- Bake for 11-13 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, consider adding a pinch of cinnamon to the cream cheese mixture.
