Instructions

  1. Season the steak with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak on both sides until cooked to your liking. Remove and let it rest.
  3. Melt butter in the same skillet and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
