- 2 lbs chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts flat in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix evenly over the chicken.
- Place the cream cheese directly on top of the seasoned chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours (or on high for 3-4 hours) until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Remove the chicken and shred it using two forks. Return it to the crockpot.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon until everything is well combined.
- Plate it up, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
For a lighter option, consider substituting Greek yogurt for cream cheese. Add jalapeños for a spicy kick!
