Description

A creamy, flavorful comfort food featuring chicken, ranch seasoning, cream cheese, and bacon, perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts flat in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix evenly over the chicken.
  3. Place the cream cheese directly on top of the seasoned chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours (or on high for 3-4 hours) until the chicken is fully cooked.
  5. Remove the chicken and shred it using two forks. Return it to the crockpot.
  6. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon until everything is well combined.
  7. Plate it up, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

For a lighter option, consider substituting Greek yogurt for cream cheese. Add jalapeños for a spicy kick!
