- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise)
- 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers (or panko breadcrumbs)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Cooking spray or olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lightly greasing it with cooking spray or olive oil.
- Prepare the coating by mixing Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise), ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper in a bowl until smooth.
- Coat the chicken by dipping each tender into the coating mixture and then rolling them in the crushed Ritz crackers or panko breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are evenly spaced.
- Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches 165°F internally and is golden brown.

For a dairy-free option, use plant-based yogurt or vegan mayonnaise. Gluten-free breadcrumbs can also be used.
