  • Total Time: 80 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x
  • Diet: Gluten-Free

Description

Delicious and easy-to-make pinwheels filled with creamy cheese, savory bacon, and shredded chicken, perfect for parties.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup of cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 packet of ranch seasoning
  • 2 cups of shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 4 large tortillas (flour, spinach, or whole wheat)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, cooked bacon, ranch seasoning, and shredded chicken until everything is well mixed.
  2. Take one tortilla and lay it flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous portion of the mixture evenly over the tortilla.
  3. Starting from one edge, roll the tortilla tightly and slice it into bite-sized pinwheels.
  4. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  5. For best results, refrigerate the pinwheels for at least an hour before serving.

Notes

Feel free to substitute cream cheese with Greek yogurt for a healthier option, or use turkey bacon for a lighter version.
